Quick, careful, and easy to return if it's not right. Here's exactly what to expect.


Shipping

Free US standard shipping over $35

Orders over $35 ship free. Under $35, standard shipping is a flat $4.95.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. We hand-pack every order, check the necklace, and tuck in the meaning card before it leaves.

Delivery time (US)

Standard: 3–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 day) and Express (1–2 day) options available at checkout.

International

We ship to Canada and select international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If you haven't gotten one within 3 business days of ordering, email hello@littlemeanings.co.

Gift-Ready Packaging

Every order ships in a soft cream gift pouch with the meaning card already tucked inside — no extra wrapping required. You can ship straight to the recipient and they'll receive a finished gift. No pricing, no invoices, ever.

Want a handwritten note included? Add it in the "Gift note" field at checkout — free of charge.

Returns

30-day no-question returns

If it's not the right piece — wrong style, wrong meaning, just doesn't feel right — send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We don't ask why.

Return shipping is free in the US.

How to return

  1. Email hello@littlemeanings.co with your order number — we'll send a prepaid return label.
  2. Drop the package at any USPS location. Include the necklace + pouch + card if possible.
  3. We'll process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the return. Refunds land back on your original payment method in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Want a different style instead of a refund? Even easier. Email us with your order number and the style you'd like — we'll ship the exchange immediately and include a return label for the original. No waiting for the return to arrive first.

Damaged or wrong item

If your necklace arrived broken or we shipped the wrong style, we'll replace it immediately at no cost — no return needed. Just email us a photo and your order number.

Lost in transit

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or it shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, email us. We'll work with the carrier and reship at no cost if it can't be located.
